Ninth map for Lands of Hope Released.
Lands of Hope (from the maker of Forlorn Hope: Online) is a feature stuffed browser based online role playing game, dwarfing most other games in this genre by its size and playability.
A new map titled the Seven Sisters has been released today bringing the total of Online maps to nine, with one more main map to be completed sometime within the next few weeks and two bonus maps under review.
A map in Lands of Hope is a 100 * 100 grid, meaning each map has 10,000 tiles. Each tile can have up to 20 buildings on it, and any number of players at any one time.
Legend has it that a long time ago before the Age of Humans, the Dragons ruled over the lands. These Seven Dragon Sisters ruled with a just and fair hand but eventually the destructive power of their pets, in this case the Human race became too much for them to control and they were hunted down and slewn viciously with no mercy. The bodies have over the milenia become entombed in deposits of sand, rocks and floating debris and now they form a series of islands.
There are few browser based games like LoH and its staff are dedicated to ensuring that it stays like it !
