Nvidia to bundle Call of Duty 2 with GPUs
Nvidia announced today that it had won the rights to bundle Call of Duty 2 with its graphics processors. The deal makes Nvidia the preffered platform for Call of Duty 2.
While the details of the deal between Call of Duty 2 publisher Activision and Nvidia were not made public, this is small victory for Nvidia over ATI. Call of Duty 2 is one of the most highly anticipated PC and Xbox 360 games to be released this holiday season.
Call of Duty 2 is the latest World War II-themed shooter from developer Infinity Ward. The title is filled with amazing shootouts, as well as a heavy focus on cinematic gameplay and experience.
Nvidia will have official bundles ready with the release of the game. Call of Duty 2 is scheduled to launch October 25th. |
