F.E.A.R 360 goes gold.
Development on the Xbox 360 version of F.E.A.R. has wrapped up, according to publisher Sierra Entertainment. The game, which is a port of the successful PC first-person shooter (and was voted GameSpot's Best Shooter of 2005), will ship next week on October 31.
In the game, players suit up as a special operative investigating paranormal happenings at a research facility. The console version will include new levels, an Instant Action mode, and multiplayer support for up to 16 players. The game's demo is currently available for free on Xbox Live Marketplace.
F.E.A.R. for the Xbox 360 is rated M for Mature and will retail for $59.99. For more information on the game, read GameSpot's previous coverage or review of the PC version. A PlayStation 3 edition is also currently in development and is scheduled to ship with the console's launch. |
